Heating system not functional, problematic during the stay. Room lacked basic amenities like a mini bar and had no coffee maker, which could be a letdown for some. Uncomfortable experience ordering drinks at night due to empty mini bar, as getting drinks requires extra effort.

the staff is super welcoming and nice! the room was spacious and clean, really great furnishings. breakfast had a solid selection and even a nice area to eat outside. loved the free parking in the closed yard too and its close to the mall and arena.
but the tv was really low quality and also, there was only one big towel in the room which was kinda weird for a 4 star hotel.

the room I was given had a lingering odor, which was quite charming. also, being informed that the spa costs an additional 65 euros was quite the revelation! I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water for my troubles—would've been nice to feel special. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Rooms are spacious with modern amenities, although the housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent during my stay. The hotel's proximity to both Akropolis Mall and the main shopping street is a plus, making it convenient for dining out. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the visit.

I really enjoyed how close I was to the M. Zilinskas Art Gallery, just a short walk away, and every stroll along Laisves aleja felt refreshing with all its greenery and vibrant atmosphere around me during my stay.

i had a quiet weekend stay at the victoria and it definitely exceeded my expectations! the spacious room and delicious breakfast made my time in kaunas enjoyable. location was perfect, as i could easily explore the nearby akropolis mall and local attractions.
the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
